Meet Gary & Derick

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website!

We’re a couple from the northeast corner of Ohio who enjoy spending time outdoors, playing video games, watching movies and TV, and sharing life with our four furry family members—Thrall, Padfoot, Lilith, and Tip.

What started as a plan to purchase a 2026 Subaru Forester gradually became something much bigger. Along the way, we’ve enjoyed learning about website design, automation, data organization, and ways technology can make everyday projects more efficient. Building this website has been just as rewarding as planning for our new vehicle.

This site is our way of keeping everything organized while making it easy for dealerships to understand exactly what we’re looking for and to communicate with us. We hope it creates a straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

We sincerely appreciate every dealership that takes the time to work with us, and we look forward to purchasing our new Forester this September.

We're looking for a vehicle without mandatory dealer-installed add-ons. If anything has already been installed, please let us know whether it can be removed and the charge waived. Add-ons that cannot be removed would prevent us from moving forward with that particular vehicle.

Vehicle pricing only: please exclude optional warranties, GAP, maintenance, service contracts, and other F&I products unless an item is required to purchase the vehicle.
